CAMLOCKS - the easiest lock to pick
Most of these locks are wafer locks.
These locks provide the least security. They are commonly found
in office drawers and file cabinets, or office metal cupboards.

The method is called "raking". You can use either the diamond or
the hook pick to do raking.

Pull the pick towards yourself while applying gentle upward pressure.
Sometimes you need to do this only once and the lock opens.
At the most 3 or 4 times. Opens within seconds.
Most common mistake among beginners is to use too much torque on
the tension wrench. The torque (rotational force) should be light.
Make sure you know which direction to turn to open. Most of the camlocks
I have seen opens anti-clockwise, but to be sure, always check by
trying with a key first. For a lock which you do not know which direction
to rotate. Try one direction first, if it doesn't open after a few
tries, reverse the direction. But never, ever apply too much force -
too much force will never open the lock!
Note that if the camlock opens by anti-clockwise rotation, to lock it,
just rotate clockwise. You need to pick it again of course, in order
to lock it. The technique of picking a lock in order to lock it, is the
same technique as picking a lock in order to open it. The only difference
is the direction of the rotation. Just reverse the rotation of the
tension wrench, that is all.
