TEAMWORK

The ability to work together as a team presupposes that one is
aware of the harmony and unicity of phenomena and objects with the
observer. Anything short of that awareness is artificial and driven only
by fear.  Whether we care to admit it or not, it is fear which drives many
people, fear of  loss of job, fear of ridicule by one's peers, fear of  loss, pain and
death, fear of the unknown etc..

In order for teamwork to be lasting,  mental cultivation is a prerequisite. This
mental cultivation is brought about by Self Realization.  Realize that the Observer
and the Observed Objects are related.  The Objects are defined by the Observer.
Objects cannot exist in isolation. Science deals with consensual Reality, and totally
ignores the Mind. At the core of the being is Emptiness, ie Pure Awareness without
objects.  When thought arises, the world is created. Everything that is observed is
a creation of  thought streams. Experience of reality is subjective and can never be 
objective. Whatever you claim to know or see or reason is but only your own mind.

This implies that the world is a mirror of yourself. It therefore makes little sense in
harming another, for you are only harming yourself.  The awareness that objects
including another living being is but objects of the mind is the beginning of compassion, or,
universal Love. That, i believe is the basis for forging cooperation and teamwork.
